    The four main topics to be covered in 2021 include:
    • VOC/Customer Listening. What to do with this feedback, how to sway others in the organzation to hear it and act on it. 
    • Presentation Skills. Providing actionable, persuasive feedback to others in the organization, particularly those that need to buy into CX.
    • Florida Tourism. As tourism picks up, it will have an impact on business.
    • Digital. This hot topic will continue to grow and be incorporated into CX.
