We are thankful to have you as part of the CXPA community! Below are some ways you can personalize your experience to make the most of your membership. 

Are you a new member that joined via Stripe?  Directions to create your CXPA account and establish your password are below.

Do you have career news to share? We want to shine a light on your accomplishment! Complete this form and we may showcase you in an upcoming blog featuring career moves in CX. 

In a period of transition? CXPA has a fund to help members who cannot afford renewal fees due to financial hardship. Let us know if you would like to utilize this option to extend your membership benefits another year.

Manage My Profile

Create an account and establish password

  • Visit the portal login page
  • Click on the Login/SignUp link in the upper right corner of the screen and choose "Sign In" from the drop-down menu. 
  • Enter the email address you used to create your membership subscription in Stripe. 
  • Under the "Password" field, click the blue "Forgot Your Password" link and enter the same email address to have a link sent for password reset. 
  • Check your email for the reset link and follow the prompts to create a new password. 
  • After password creation, please check your email for a link to verify your email address. The link will expire in 7 days.

Manage your contact information

  • Visit the account portal and login with your usual website login (You can also access the portal from your website profile)
  • Select "My Account" from the dropdown on your profile icon
  • Select the pencil icon to edit "My Information"
  • Update your name, email, phone number, address, job title, region, and website.
    • If you are unable to change your organization, please reach out to info@cxpaglobal.org for assistance. 

Change your password

  • Visit the account portal and login with your usual website login (You can also access the portal from your website profile)
  • Select "Change My Password" from the dropdown on your profile icon
  • Follow the on-screen prompts

If you are using the "Forgot your password?" option and are not receiving the email that lets you update your password, it is likely being sent to an old email address in our system. Sometimes when a primary email address is updated, it does not always update your Login ID. If this happens, please email us at info@cxpaglobal.org and we will refresh your profile and provide updated login information.

Manage the types of emails you receive

Emails from CXPA

  • Visit the account portal and login in with your usual website login (You can also access the portal from your website profile)
  • Select "My Account" from the dropdown on your profile icon
  • Scroll down and select "Communication Preferences"
  • Indicate the categories of emails you wish to receive by checking the desired categories.

Online community emails

  • Visit your account settings
  • For each type of online community emails, select whether you would like to receive the message by email.
  • If you would like community emails delivered less or more frequently, or consolidated as a single email of community messages, adjust settings here.
