The Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) program provides professional recognition of individuals with high levels of knowledge of the customer experience discipline. It is an industry-wide, independent, standardized certification for CX practitioners to demonstrate their customer experience management experience and knowledge. The individuals who have earned the CCXP, have met the experience requirements for the credential and passed a rigorous examination. To maintain the credential, each CCXP must complete and document ongoing training in customer experience. The Directory is linked to the certification database and serves to verify the certification status of all CCXPs in good standing.
