Help us celebrate emerging leaders, CX impact, and effective collaboration

Behind every great customer experience success there is a CX professional who has collaborated with counterparts to ensure that positive experience.  We want your help in identifying shining star examples of CX professionals and their work to drive better outcomes for customers, employees, and their organizations.

This year, CXPA will be granting three special awards:

  • Emerging Leader Awards: This award recognizes those individuals who are newer to CX, and have already demonstrated positive impact, and wish to grow their CX career.
  • Impact Awards: These awards recognize individuals who have demonstrated exceptional achievements in leveraging CXPA's knowledge domains to drive measurable customer and business impact within their organizations, as well as those who have made significant contributions to the customer experience profession through influential thought leadership across industries and geographies.
  • Collaboration Award (New): This award, which will be first granted in 2023, will honor outstanding collaboration led by CX professionals—either with internal departments or external partners — to deliver better results for their organization's customers, colleagues, and bottom line.

We are seeking award nominees from all parts of the world, reflecting the various industries, impacts, and achievements of the CX community.  All nominations will contribute to enriching what we know about the state of customer experience and the individuals driving positive customer-centricity.  Award winners will be announced on CX Day, Tuesday, October 3.
