Who is an Emerging Leader in CX?

This award is open to CXPA members and is to recognize emerging leaders in CX. An ‘emerging leader’ is defined as an individual who is new to CX (with less than 3 years of CX experience), desires a career in the field and is growing skills in the profession. Emerging Leader Award winners have:

  • Brought CX thinking to their brand/organization and new thinking to our profession
  • Demonstrated impact on their organization by leading CX initiatives or workstreams
  • Proven innovation that solves a problem for their business and/or benefits the CX discipline overall

The Emerging Leader Award is given to curious and creative change agents who will enable all of us to reach greater heights in our work. Join us in celebrating the winners of our Emerging Leader Award and be sure to keep them on your radars!

2023 Award Winners Compilation

Award Eligibility:

  • An "emerging leader" refers to an individual who is new to CX (with less than 3 years of CX experience), aspires to build a career in the field, and is developing skills in the profession.
  • Nominees can be practitioners in any organization, including providers, as long as they are involved in CX work within that organization.
  • The award aims to recognize and support those who are new to the CX profession and are making significant contributions to their organizations and the CX community.
  • Nominees must be CXPA members.
  • The program is inclusive of B2B, B2C, and B2B2C practitioners, as well as those in both for-profit and not-for-profit segments.
  • Suppliers to the industry or alliance partners are not eligible for consideration.
