Way back when I ran a Voice of the Customer project for Philips. It was the early 90s and the term wasn't invented then, but I was hooked. I have picked up skills in business change and project management since then, always focusing on the customer to give us our definition of success (while balancing it with business and employee needs).
After too long in corporate roles, I am learning how to be an independent consultant veering a little towards VoC and smaller businesses. I also support Value Proposition development.
I see VoC and Value Propositions as key enablers to meeting customer needs and practice people-centred change to make things happen.
In my spare time I hang out with my partner, we potter in the garden, visit cool place and meet up with family and friends.
