With a blend of Behavioural Economics, CX Management, UX Design with project and process management skills, I work with organisations,  mentoring and leading teams to understand their customers’ desired outcomes and then plan, align, create and deliver customer-centric strategies and experiences. I'm a CXPA Impact Award Winner 2019, CXPA Impact judge and an International CX 2020/21 judge and UK Business Awards 2021 judge with Awards International. I'm a judge on the North American and European ARCET CX Awards and have be a chair of judges on the Gulf CX 2021 Awards and the International Digital Experience Awards 2021.
