I began my career in Sales, I currently work in Marketing, but I spent 2+ decades in IT (including co-founding GE's IT Audit Staff), with Lean Six Sigma and entrepreneurship thrown into the mix.
I am a "T" shaped person; a "Rebel Talent - Pirate" type; Meyers-Briggs E/I NJT; Disc = High D, High S (task & people oriented)
Currently the Head of Customer Experience for Cornerstone Building Brands, I am based in Indiana (formerly in Houston, TX). I am a coach of Start-ups, a published technical author in collaboration technologies, a recipient of the GE Chairman’s Leadership Award, and a co-founding member of General Electric’s IT Corporate Audit Staff.
I have a broad background, including 2 decades leading large-scale implementations (much of that time supporting Shared Services such as HR across a variety of industries), Sales, & Process Improvement/ Quality (Lean Six Sigma). In addition, I have led some of the largest process improvement & team combination/ synergy projects ever undertaken by GE. I have a verifiable reputation as a driver of positive change in diverse organizations ranging from Fortune 10 to boutique firms in the services, manufacturing and financial sectors.
