As a proven multi-disciplinary senior leader in Strategy, Marketing, Client & Employee Experience and accomplished practitioner in organizational Project & Change Management, I am committed to delivering experience excellence.

Leveraging my years of experience coupled with a passion for continuous improvement I have spent more than 25 years leading large scale process, product and technology initiatives within the Financial Services industry. I have personally led more than 50 programs, managed cross-functional teams as large as 150 and oversaw large portfolios worth more than $50MM.

As the Senior Director of Client Experience Strategy, Design Thinking and Governance for a large global Financial Institution, I am customer obsessed and highly focused on delivering the best experience for our employees and key client segments. My passion and focus on continuous improvement are paramount, as I strive to develop a CX Centre of Excellence focused on delivering on our Brand Promise with strong business outcomes.

For 20 years I have had a deep commitment to supporting the needs within my community. Armed with an International MBA in Strategic Planning, I have supported several organizations in the development of Strategic Plans and Maturity Roadmaps that resulted in improved services and support for the most at-risk and under-served within the community.
