A truly human Senior Leader with over 33 years’ experience leading and managing large programs of work in three of the big four Australian major banks and freelancing across Government, Telecommunications and Water Utility industries. Expert Program Manager (Traditional and Agile) managing cross-functional teams and programs including but not limited to: Customer Service Front Line, Backoffice Operations, Technology, People and Culture & Mergers and Acquisitions.

Dedicated to the CX Community, I am the founder of the CXPA Melbourne Network, winner of 2019 CXPA Best Network Award, winner of the CXPA 2018 Extra Mile Award,  Australian Judge for the CXPA Innovation Awards, International Customer Experience Awards, MyCustomer.com, North American Customer Centricity Awards, Member of several CXPA Continuous Improvement Committees.

Outside of my CX role, I am form part of the Cabrini Hospital Experience Committee and Mayflower Aged Care Experience Improvement committee.
