Passionate about People and Customers, driving and embedding a Customer Centric Culture in everything we do and working towards becoming a great CX Cultural Transformist.

Over 25 years of working in the finance industry, I have majored in Service Delivery, Project Management and Business Engagement, improving business results through system and technical upgrades and helping teams implement operational excellence standards across the globe.

In 2015 I started to channel all this experience and commenced my journey to driving customer experience cultural transformation initiatives to empower people and unite teams to help them gain a deeper understanding of customers. I am proud to be the local CXPA contact in Melbourne.
