Who can access CXPA.org?

CXPA has a culture of inclusivity and belonging, where everyone is welcomed in our community which is member-led and member-focused.  Our website access reflects these values, with some content available to all web visitors, some limited to those who have created a free account and are logged in, and some features and content limited to CXPA members who are logged in. Here are some of the more popular features and their access:

Public Access (contact information may be requested or required)

  • CXPA Event Calendar
  • Information about CXPA, CCXP, CX Day, CX Training, Awards, and CX partners
  • View job postings
  • Resources from Sponsors, including webinars (contact information may be requested or required) 

Access with a Free Web Account

  • Local CXPA Networks  (Web account is required to affiliate with a Network; CXPA membership unlocks additional benefits, such as discussion forum participation.)
  • Upload Resume or Apply to Job Postings

CXPA Membership and Log-in Required for Access

  • Online viewing of CXPA publications
  • CXPA Member Directory and Mentoring program
  • CX Resource Library
  • Write, post or upload content, including discussion forums.

What are the terms of use for the site?

Membership Account FAQs

What is the difference between an individual membership and a team membership?

An individual membership is for one person, whereas a team membership can include various numbers of employees and other benefits.

How do I access my previous membership?

Reach out to us including details on your previous membership and we will work to restore access to your previous account to ensure continuity of your records.

How do I access membership invoices?

Access Unpaid Invoices: Navigate to the "My Account" tab in the membership portal and you'll see an "Outstanding Balances" section showing unpaid invoices at the top of the section. Click "View" to download a copy of the invoice, or check the box and the "Pay" button to pay the invoice.

Access Paid Invoices/Receipts: Navigate to the "My Account" tab in the membership portal and scroll down to the "View Account History" section. Click the headline to expand the menu and view all paid invoices/receipts.

Online access to your membership records

You can manage your membership via this portal, which shows membership expiration date, how to renew or adjust membership renewal setting, make a payment, view receipts, update your credit card on file, submit or review CEU credits, and more. Or you can contact CXPA staff for assistance. 

CXPA Refund Policy

Membership Fees:

To help support continuity of operations, individual memberships can be transferred from a past employee to a current employee. Contact info@cxpaglobal.org to arrange.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your membership experience, we are happy to provide a pro-rated refund of your dues equal to the unused months of membership.

CCXP Certification Fees:

Applications that are not approved for examination will be refunded the application fee, less a $150 processing fee.

Other Purchases and registrations:

We do our best to include clear refund polices on each event, service or product. In absence of other policies, most purchases through www.cxpaglobal.org are fully refundable within 48 hours of purchase less banking and mailing expenses incurred by CXPA.  To request such a refund, please send your request in writing to info@cxpaglobal.org. Once 48 hours have passed, the purchase is either non-refundable or refundable only under the circumstances outlined in that specific event, service or product.  Please note that CXPA shares information about a number of events, products and services offered by others. In such cases, you should request a refund from the party to whom you made payment.

All reimbursement payments will be made by the same method of how payment was received.
