The CXPA is supported by association staff provided by Jaffe Management.  The staff attends to the day-to-day operations of the CXPA, working with the Board, volunteers, members, and partners to deliver value to CXPA members and the CX community. Please use this page to connect with staff. As we work remotely in different locations, we are best reached by email. CXPA members and registered site users are also invited to schedule a virtual meeting with any of our staff.
