Rachel joins CXPA as a Program Associate. She has loved spending the last 10 years in Association Management. Her specialization has been in all aspects of Member Services, and she truly enjoys being able to work with and connect with members. She also loves working behind the scenes with software and feels she is at her best when creating and improving the process to reach members on a professional and personal level.  

Fun Facts

• Rachel and her family love to go all out when celebrating holidays and birthdays. She was once told she had created a fire hazard with the amount of Christmas lights hung around the office and her family has had their photo appear in articles about St Patrick’s Day parades for the last 8 years.
• Studied costume/set/light and sound design with a minor in performance theater in college.
• She collects antique glassware – mostly Depression Era to Mid Century serving dishes
• Has 2 rescue mini-pinscher mix dogs – Oliver is named for Oliver Twist and Dolly is partially named for Dolly Parton.
