Coronavirus Update and Emergency Fund

Emergency Fund

We are introducing new Emergency Funds to assist CXPA members and CCXPs who cannot afford renewal fees due to the impact of COVID-19. Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors, those for whom financial constraints would prevent maintaining their CXPA membership or CCXP certification will be supported in these difficult times. Together, we want to help and support you.

Coronavirus COVID-19 Update

See the latest COVID-10 Update here.

CXPA postpones the 2020 Global Insight Exchange and announces steps to support you.

The Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic has created unprecedented challenges to life, meetings, and the worldwide economy. CXPA hopes that you are well and taking personal steps to keep yourself healthy.  Here are steps that CXPA is taking in light of the crisis to support the CX community:

We will suspend all in-person CXPA Network events through at least May 31st and postpone the 2020 Global Insight Exchange until 2021. Please visit cxpa.org and keep in touch with your local CXPA Network for updates on online alternatives and future events in your area.  CXPA issued full refunds of registration fees to all registrants – no action needed on your part. If you have a hotel or travel reservations, don’t forget to cancel those directly.

We are ramping up our online resources and delivering more value to you without requiring you to leave your home or workspace.

  • CXPA members will begin to receive The CXPA Engine: Content that Drives your CX Success by email. This new e-newsletter, which replaces the Weekly Bulletin, will feature curated CX content, news from CXPA, and CX job listings.
  • A new CXPA Insight Exchange Video Series, which will feature vetted short form videos on CX and CX management.
  • We also expect to share additional announcements in the coming weeks about virtual engagement opportunities, website enhancements, and online courses.

CXPA is an amazing community because of our support for one another and our passion for advancing the practice of customer experience management. Please stay safe and healthy, and should you have any questions or ideas on how we can serve you better, please email us at info@cxpa.org.

Questions About Your CCXP?

For the 2020 Renewal Year, you will have up to six months past your CCXP expiration date to renew with no problem and for candidates a six month extension to your exam termination window. For example, your CCXP expires on May 11, 2020,  you would have through the end of November of 2020 to renew.

If you are not able to get credits due to conference cancellations please see the following suggested ways to earn renewal credits below:

If you need anything further, please do not hesitate to email ccxpsupport@cxpa.org. We are here to help you and your fellow CCXPs and members.
