The CXPA was founded to create a safe space for CX professionals to gather, network, ask questions, and learn from each other. There’s no better way to do just that than by participating in our Mentor Match program. All members are welcome to participate as a mentor and/or a mentee, and joining Mentor Match is easy. Simply fill out a brief profile to enroll in the directory of your fellow mentor/mentee participants, then mentees are encouraged to view the profiles of available mentors and approach them to begin a relationship. Previous mentees have called the program “a gift in my life” and mentors express they “learn just as much as they do” during the mentorship. CXPA Postpones the 2020 Global Insight Exchange
The Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic has created unprecedented challenges to life, meetings, and the worldwide economy. Given the uncertainty of the coming weeks and months, we believe the best plan is to postpone the Global Insight Exchange until 2021. We hope everyone will focus the remainder of this year on helping our communities recover, and then come together to celebrate CXPA’s 10th anniversary. We will be issuing full refunds of registration fees to all registrants – no action needed on your part. Read the full statement here.
