If so, then join Michele Gennarino, Director of Customer Experience at Greenlight Networks, as she shares how she got started with the Customer Journey and the successes and failure she experienced along the way. This session will build off Jim Tincher’s discussion about the five-questions framework he shared last fall with the Rochester Network from his book, Using Journey Mapping to Drive Customer-Focused Change. The format of this Network meeting with be discussion-based. So, we encourage participants to bring their questions, successes, and failures to the conversation.
