As a Research Insights Consultant, I conduct research projects, conduct analysis, and provide consulting services that are aligned with the Corporate Strategy to help improve the performance of the Health Plan and its affiliates. Projects range in scope from conducting primary and secondary research to making recommendations to improve business decisions, processes, and overall customer experience. My role serves Executive and Operating Management corporately to provide objective research expertise on tactical and strategic issues/initiatives.
