Steven is a strategy consultant with over twenty years of experience working with entertainment, technology, and financial services companies. He has strong strategy development, marketing, business planning, and negotiation skills and has significant experience in managing mergers and acquisitions.
His corporate experience includes executive positions encompassing operations, budgeting, marketing, distribution, and acquisitions/co-productions at New Line Cinema (VP Marketing), Warner Bros. (Director of International Operations), and Twentieth Century Fox (Executive Management Program). Steven has developed and launched new products at retail with channel partners like Wal-Mart and Best Buy. He also worked closely with DVD hardware manufacturers, and various Hollywood studios, to develop joint promotions that made the DVD format the most rapidly accepted new consumer electronics technology of all time.
As both an executive and management consultant, Steven has helped to create and successfully implement corporate development, M&A, and marketing strategies. He has worked with growth companies in media, software, film production, internet technology, semiconductor, financial services, and other industries.

Steven is a member of several national independent film producer organizations and is the former President & Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Film Arts Foundation. He taught The Business of Film course at UC Berkeley and is frequently invited as a guest lecturer at the Haas School of Business. He earned both his Bachelor and MBA degrees from Berkeley.
