As a young professional raised with a focus on consumer-centricity and data-driven insights, I've developed a strong desire to understand the Customer Experience craft as it relates to operational results and financial impact. This, coupled with my willingness to learn and adapt to an ever-changing environment, has paved the way to earn my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, focused on eliminating variation through root cause problem analysis and process improvement.
