In the last 30 years, I have gained knowledge and built strategic expertise in customer relationship management, especially using one-to-one marketing communication and technology tools. I have successfully applied this knowledge on a diverse set of product categories and brands as well as in the areas of research and teaching. Being extremely passionate about this business, I want to do a lot more of it in the future.

•Ability to understand and develop both off-line advertising and online customer
management strategies across touchpoints.

•Experience with conceptualizing and using all forms of one-to-one marketing – prospect management, customer acquisition, customer retention, call centre management, internet marketing, database management, telemarketing, loyalty programs, relationship programs and so on.

•Successful implementation of strategies on brands like DHL Worldwide Express, ICICI Bank, Computer Associates, Novo Nordisk, Kimberly Clark, Shoppers' Stop, NIIT, Visa, HDFC Bank, HSBC.

• Keen interest in linking theoretical customer bonding concepts with practical one-to-one communication solutions thus bringing them alive for businesses and their brands.
