I have spent the majority of my professional career at Walker, a prominent customer experience services firm headquarter in Indianapolis, Indiana.
As a principal of the firm, I lead our customer experience and marketing programs – building our company’s brand, developing programs to introduce our services to potential new clients, and ensuring that our clients have an exceptional experience working with our people.
Our firm is a founding member of the Qualtrics Partner Network where we have developed a great working relationship and have assisted in the transformative development of our industry.
Our firm joined CXPA in 2011, the year of it's founding. Over the years I have attended almost all of the annual conferences, have been on several committees, and helped form and facilitate our local networking group in Indianapolis. I'm proud to be part of CXPA and have gained a great deal from the relationships I've made over the years.
