I'm Georges. Head of Customer Relations and a CX professional based in Central Africa with 12 years experience in the telecommunication industry and public sector. I develop CX transformation programs and work at driving change and engaging employees of public companies in adopting a Customer Centric Culture.
I joined CXPA as a member and volonteer for various projects. I'm also member of the CXPA Regional Leadership Council for Africa and highly engages in CX activities in Subsaharan Africa.
