Colin has written seven bestselling books on Customer Experience and is a commentator on CNN, BBC TV, NPR, LBC and is co-host of the podcast 'The Intuitive Customer'. Colin is a renowned speaker and has one of the blogs on Customer Experience.

Colin's background is in operational line management. He has held many senior exec positions in corporate life. he 3,500 people in call globally.

Colin founded Beyond Philosophy in 2002. Beyond Philosophy was the first operational focused consultancy, training and research companies the world. They focus on move their Customer Experience to the next level.

Under Colin's leadership Beyond Philosophy have helped many of the world's most prestigious organizations improve their Customer Experience including American Express, FedEx, and Caterpillar. One client, Maersk Line, the world’s largest container shipping company, improved their net promoter score by 40 points in 30 months, which gave a 10% rise in shipping volumes using Beyond Philosophy’s methodology.  

Colin is married to Lorraine and has 3 children. He now lives in Sarasota, Fl. USA. He is a keen fisherman and loves soccer. Colin is a passionate Luton Town FC supporter.
