Raúl entered the CX HALL OF FAME in 2021, being the first Latin American who has won that award. With its UMUNTU Experience Design  , he has changed the way of understanding and delighting  customers forever. For 15 years he has worked for the best companies in the world helping them designing and delivering memorable experiences. Google, SAP, Mastercard, Abbott Labs, Bancolombia, Sura, Claro, Movistar, TIGO, Motorola, among many others, have put his disruptive designs into  outstanding results.

He had a brilliant career in the world of Technology and Telecommunications working for Verizon, Motorola and Nokia, becoming vice president of Nextel at the age of 34. At 38 he founded an e-commerce company in the US.

In 2007 he founded LA LINEA, a Retail Experience agency throughout Latin America. Integrating it into Omnicom, the world's largest network of advertising and marketing agencies. In 2015 he created  UMUNTU CX DESIGN, a Miami-based experience Design agency, which he currently runs.

Author of 5 books. His best seal in AMAZON “Beyond the Customer Experience” was prefaced by Don Peppers. In 2021 he was co-author of ESSENTIALS OF MODERN MARKETING with Philip Kotler, which was published in more than 30 countries. These days he presents his new book "Love by Design" translated into English, Spanish and French.

Professor by heart, he teaches in France, Spain, Italy, Latin America and the US. He strongly support the Entreprenuership cause, providing pro-bono consulting to innovative Start ups
