Jay has held various leadership roles across the tech industry within sales, global program management, customer success and professional services. Jay is currently a global leader within Dell Technologies Customer Success Organization. Prior to joining Dell Technologies, Jay worked for a diverse range of organizations, including the British Military (Army), South Coast Consulting (Owner) and Accenture Consulting across Financial, Oil & Gas, Telecom and Health care industries.
Jay has worked across the globe understanding multicultural differences and business practices, is a native from the UK & US citizen, currently living in the USA with his family. A keen skier, mountain bike rider and scuba diver: dive master who enjoys time outdoors with his family/friends. Jay is also Big foodie!
Jay is a graduate of Stanford University, Specialization for Leadership & Management from Harvard Business School, a Chartered IT professional and attended British Military College who has received 5 Military medals and a commendation from the Queen of England.
