I am an Accredited Customer Experience Professional who is passionate about activating customer centered strategies to deliver differentiated brand experiences that build customer loyalty and advocacy. I have performed and directed a wide variety of initiatives in both internal and external customer experience operations.
My skills and competencies are drawn from events marketing, banking operations, lending, sales, digital banking, customer experience management and retail business, acquired over the last fourteen years in the banking and telecommunications industries. I am also a Certified Prince 2 Project Management Practitioner with vast experience in deploying CX tools and methodologies.
I love to Celebrate excellence in Customer Experience, and have conducted a CX Awards Gala event for my organization, and been a Chair of Judges for the UK Customer Experience Awards 2021 and the International Customer Experience Awards 2018, 2019 & 2021 respectively. I am currently a Doctorate of Business Administration student and I am keen on developing individuals and teams to challenge themselves and reach their full potential.
