I am one of those people that gets irritated by a bad brand experience and will quickly become a loyal customer when I feel a brand “gets” me and helps me accomplish my own goals. Apart from any formal role or title, I have always been a consumer advocate and have a deep passion for creating and delivering amazing customer experiences at each touchpoint and across a customer’s journey with a brand.
