According to Shark Tank's Daymond John, 70% of small businesses are owned and operated by a single person with limited or no operational support team; that's where I come in!

I help guide entrepreneurs operationally to take their businesses to the next level without the cost of a full-time operations executive.

For ALREADY EXISTING small businesses, I partner with you to re-engineer current operational strategies/procedures to help your business run leaner, uncover growth opportunities through data analysis, and remain agile as you grow - all with the customer and employee experience in mind because they are your most valuable assets! 

My NEW clients have the desire, drive, and budget to start something new. The only thing holding them back may be limited guidance and time! I provide and walk them through a customer-centric business plan and supply initial start-up guidance.

My role allows me to combine my expertise in customer service, employee experience, revenue flow, and LEAN business process re-engineering with my degrees focused on organizational and human behavior, planning and evaluation, professional ethics, policy, and community coalitions.

I enjoy yoga, reading, and learning about neurodiversity and sports! I am originally from NWPA, where I was lucky enough to grow up with three generations of family, two of them being 1st generation Americans.
