As an executive with extensive leadership, operational management, and customer experience, I have a proven track record of delivering improved customer satisfaction, sales, and operational efficiency through data analytics, technology, and process improvement.

Under my leadership at ALSAC/ST. Jude my teams have successfully built, optimized, and maintained operational disciplines that contribute to excellent customer retention, revenue growth, and employee productivity. These efforts contributed to the organization’s growth from $600 million to $2.6 billion in annual revenue. 

Currently, I am leading and championing the modernization strategy and operational excellence initiatives within the contact center and event operations functions, consistently exceeding revenue targets and client satisfaction metrics.
