With over 10 years of experience in various industries, I am a passionate and driven professional who leads the Customer Strategy and Market Conduct for Old Mutual Africa Regions. I am responsible for integrating the customer and market conduct strategy across 14 countries, setting standards for customer experience and market conduct, and enabling the design and implementation of effective customer experiences.
