Spiros Milonas is the founder of KRATAION Consulting, a boutique consulting agency based in Athens, Greece. Spiros studied Business Administration and holds an MBA from Instituto de Empresa in Spain where he graduated as part of the Dean’s Class. He has broad commercial experience in various organizations in Europe. The last position in the corporate world before founding Krataion Consulting in 2011 was “Head of Sales for South East Europe” at Sony Ericsson. He started his own business in order to help organisations reach sustainable growth happiness and freedom. His approach synthesises different methodologies and tools to help organisations (from the biggest multinationals to startups) transform and manage their change and growth successfully. He loves travelling and is a firm believer that business can be fun.
