As a digital strategist, I turn digital (and social) media into digital value, digital customer experiences and social business.
I am a digital strategist and professional speaker. Besides developing concepts, consulting and training at the intersection of marketing & communications and Internet & new media for startups, SME and large companies, I have founded a number of private initiatives including NSMA (Dutch Social Media Academy).
As a professional speaker i regularly speak for groups varying in size from 4 - 2000 with a focus on giving new insights in the digital (marketing) landscape and bringing inspiration.
History:
After my marketing studies I started working in the IT-business always combining marketing and IT-knowledge. I worked in several roles and on several projects as a marketing professional (and marketing manager) for Microsoft, IBM and Sonera. After that i worked for over 3 years as a consultant in the SME-market, focussing on strategy with combining IT, Media and marketing as a challenge. I was active as an entrepeneur with several agencies; mobile marketing, internet and advertising.
