I am currently employed at Excellus BCBS as the Director of Market Planning and Analytics. Our team gathers stakeholder insights and market and competitive intelligence to inform strategic planning and ensure an optimal stakeholder experience. I have been with Excellus for 11 years. Prior to joining Excellus I was at Harris Interactive for 10 years. My last role at that Company was serving as a Director of Healthcare research and specifically focused time on building our Outcomes Research space.
Outside of work I love spending time with my 14 year old daughter. I love to be active outdoors, and I am a continual learner. It is not uncommon for me to have a couple books going at once, and I love to peruse TED Talks.
I love the work I have done in the Customer Experience space, and I want to take that to the next level within our organization and have a more centralized, structured, and proactive approach to Customer Experience.
