Bio

I am a Customer Experience professional, driven to make the world of everyday technology a bit easier for it's users.

I started my career at KPN in The Netherlands and was part of a company wide CX team with the aim to change the culture to become more customer centric. I was the CX expert for projects in the Network and IT department and worked alongside the engineers to make sure communications and processes were in line with the actual impact.

In 2017 I moved to London, to find a bit of adventure and to work for a SaaS company for automated B2C communications. It was a crazy time, moving countries, industries and jobs, and I definitely learned a lot! 

And as it turns out, my drive comes from developing a great CX for physical technology, ideally technology that has an everyday impact on millions of people. The switch to Arqiva (telecommunications infrastructure and broadcast transmission, smart metering facilities) was a very natural one. I am now introducing Customer Experience as a discipline and working on projects introducing digital services for B2B customers.
