Bio

I'm a passionate Customer Experience practitioner with over eighteen years of experience in designing successful customer experiences for global software, Internet, consumer, security, and financial services industries. Very skilled at gaining customer insight, driving customer-centered design strategies, executing key customer experience improvement initiatives, and harnessing out of the box thinking to increase customer loyalty and evangelism. Key areas of expertise include customer experience (CX) strategy, program development, customer journey mapping, co-design workshop facilitation, and training.

Customer Experience (“CX”) is a growing field of best practices that reduce the distance between you and your customers’ perceptions of your brand.”

When I'm not working on brand experience, I love to get out and paddle board on the water or take a bike ride to the beach. I enjoy being creative, playing in my music studio and working on video projects. My wife and I have a couple of cats who keep us very amused, and we like to entertain by barbecuing and relaxing on our roof deck which has a spectacular evening view here in San Diego.
