I'm working in customer experience area since 2012. I worked 4 years for Turkcell CX Team and 2 years for Vodafone Turkey CX Team and 6 months for Fibabanka CX Team. I'm a CX manager at Enerjisa since July'18. I'm passionate about CX and attended so many trainings and summits. I attended in international CX summits in London, Stockholm and Amsterdam as a keynote speaker. I am a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) by the CXPA. I have deep knowledge about CX measurements, customer journeys and creating customer focused culture.
