I have been working as a Business IT consultant for 15+ years gaining experience in B2C, B2B, FMCG and Utility companies. As a Service and Customer Experience designer I follow a holistic approach ensuring an outside in look of the problem and finding the right problem and solution fit where the customer is in the center.
I have led corporate Customer Experience programs, a Service Unit of 80 colleagues in Service Management, international CX part of a Service Excellence program in 13 countries.
I'm a certified facilitator of The Customer Experience Game.
