I currently serve as the Client Experience Director for Henderson Engineers, a 1,000-person, national building systems design firm based in Kansas City. In this position, I leverage my extensive marketing and business development experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry to strengthen relationships with clients across all of Henderson's market sectors and offices. I'm primarily responsible for developing and implementing a robust Client Experience program aimed at making Henderson a global-leader in this area.
Although originally from St. Louis, I currently reside in Olathe, KS (a suburb of Kansas City) with my wife, Christa, and two kids (Evan, 13, and Molly, 11). In addition to being a member of CXPA, I've been a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) since 2008. I've also served on boards for the Kansas City chapter of the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA), Kansas City Area Healthcare Engineers (KCAHE), Olathe Planning Commission, Olathe Board of Zoning Appeals, Olathe Chamber of Commerce, and Sunflower House.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing some volleyball, golfing, and serving in my church.
