Throughout my career, I have managed various business functions from Sales to Franchise Management, Marketing & Customer Experience, to factory Production and Supply Chain Operations. I have led large global teams, worked with over 65 countries, and delivered complex multi-million dollar programs and strategic initiatives.
My areas of expertise are Sales, Customer Experience (CX) management and Retailing, including fuels, lubricants and non-fuels products. My forte is designing, delivering and measuring exceptional customer experiences, and delivering outstanding service through highly engaged and motivated front-line teams. I have extensive experience of delivering through sales teams, using effective Sales Coaching, developing professional sales behaviors, right recruitment, reward & recognition and usage of tools like Salesforce.
With a large part of my career spent in the Downstream Retail business, I am knowledgeable in the energy and automotive business, particularly fuels, lubricants and convenience retailing. With the shift to renewable energy and alternate fuels, I understand what it takes to be an energy business in a changing world.
