Dr Pillai's areas of research are in Behavior, Emotion and Decision Sciences. His expertise lies in crafting customer experience to drive tangible business outcomes. He has over 2 decades of experience in strategic roles across Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, B-B,Healthcare, Retail and across geographies (Asia and Europe and the US), Anil has significant customer engagement strategic expertise. He along with Dr Ana Iorga conduct the highly acclaimed NeuroCX masterclass in Europe.

At Terragni  and at Buyer Brain, Anil leads the Customer Engagement practice and is responsible for Customer Effort,Customer Experience, Customer Centricity and Customer Insight (Quant, Qual and Neuro) lead strategies for clients in Banking, Insurance, Retail, Healthcare, B-B and Technology.

Terragni and Anil are pioneers in the incorporation of Neuroscience led non conscious insight for the ready-to-go, first of it's kind neuroscience led CustomerEffort Assessment platform,Customer Journey mapping and Experiential segmentation.
He is also a certified Neuroscience Coach and a consulting Professor of Strategy and Marketing.
