I am a highly motivated and innovative Senior Manager who is passionate, creative and able to deliver complex programs across multiple teams, specialisms and geographies. With +12 years experience leading business critical Director/VP level initiatives, my team are at the forefront of the Customer user experience as well as the back-end applications and support processes which align to the company’s plans, policies and procedures.
My extensive background in sales and growth departments as well as my academic education in Industrial Product Design has enabled me to leverage my technical depth with customer empathy. Using agile principles, I specialize in partnering across cross-functional teams to deliver on complex improvement initiatives to help define and deliver our product roadmap. Today, I lead the WW Customer Programs team for Amazon Shipping, responsible for a large team of Senior Program managers across five strategic business areas.
Outside of my professional career I am a PADI Advanced Open water Diver, hiking enthusiast and avid Potter.
