I am a manufacturing engineer by degree, a customer experience practitioner by choice. I spent the first 15 years of my career in manufacturing and product engineering. After working on some projects with our technical support call center, I realized that I enjoyed finding solutions to customer problems. That realization led me to a job on our customer experience team. I now manage a team with responsibility for our VoC program, customer reference program and executive briefing center.
