With a background in operations management, Nancy Porte brings her passion to developing differentiated customer experiences through cross-functional collaboration and employee engagement.  Most recently as Vice President of Global Customer Experience for Verint she developed and executed the global strategy for customer experience.  She is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) and, as a customer experience thought leader, is on the CustomerThink Board of Advisors and a regular speaker at industry conferences.
