I currently work in the property management industry.  Serving as a floating property office staff member around several communities in my organization's portfolio caused me to see the need for creating a uniform customer experience for our residents and guests.  I created and now serve in my organization's first and only customer experience role and am incredibly excited to learn about how developing CX at our company can impact our employee and resident experiences toward increased retention and wider recognition in our industry.
