Bio

Mikal is a solutions minded and strategic thinker, with varied CX experience in a number of different industries - including telco, hospitality, higher education, automotive and manufacturing.  He brings a uniquely combined perspective, having led a CX transformation as a practitioner for a large heavy duty truck manufacturer, as well as in depth product experience serving as a Senior Solutions Consultant prior to joining the Medallia CX Advisory team.   He has partnered with several enterprise clients to realize the value of their CX programs, analyze feedback and insights, and develop the underlying support required to evolve their programs.
