Bio

I've been in the Customer Service Industry my entire career.  I started in a motor vehicle finance/collection company in Supervision/Management, then spent 8 years in a Municipality in the Operations side of the Parking Industry, and I've spent the last 9 months in the Product Services (B2B) side of the Parking Industry as an Implementation Manager.  I am now a Client Experience Manager with two divisions; Client Success and New Client Implementations.  I'm super excited to join this community at CXPA and utilize all the resources to help my CX career launch in the Parking Industry.  Excited to network and learn from everyone here!
