I am passionate about Customer Experience & User Journeys and have built a 15 year career by driving improvement in customer service operations, sales/onboarding as well as self-help and back office innovation programs. I bring functions together through building strategies that deliver improvement across organisational lines for joint success.

I have primarily developed CX strategies that have focused on growth through product adoption with customer success at the bottom line. I have been built globally dispersed teams and helped them get engaged in customer-centric operations by ensuring their objectives have been tied to delivering CX and growth.
