Passionate about the power of experiences to improve lives while building brands and bottom lines.

With global experience in a range of customer-focused disciplines, I lead mission-driven teams that inspire customer loyalty and employee pride. I do this by building strong, collaborative relationships that unleash the potential in people, organizations, and ideas.

I'm excited to have recently stepped into a new role as Director of Customer Experience at Walgreens. I also serve as Chair of the Emerging Leaders Award Program and on the DE&I Committee at the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA).

Outside of work you can find me discovering new music, hosting themed gatherings, and striving to advance equity and justice.
