  • CXPA DC Area Fall Networking Event

    CXPA Washington DC Networking Event- CX Day (actually the DAY AFTER CX Day!)

    Join us for a fun-filled evening of networking and celebration as we gather to commemorate CX Day, the day after the official CX Day! This in-person event will take place on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at 5:30PM at Bartaco 4238 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22203.

    Special guest Lee Becker, SVP and Executive Advisor for Healthcare and Public Sector at Medallia (long-time CXPA sponsor), will join us for an informative discussion on CX in the public sector.

    We will start with some networking, then Lee with guide the discussion, then Q&A and more networking!

    BIO: Lee Becker is the SVP and Executive Advisor for Healthcare and Public Sector at Medallia. Previously, Lee established the first customer experience office in the federal government as the Chief of Staff at the Department of Veterans Affairs' Veterans Experience Office and co-led the customer experience effort at the Office of Management and Budget. Lee served as a Chief Hospital Corpsman in the U.S. Navy, and obtained a Master of Science in Management from the Catholic University of America. Lee currently resides in Northern Virginia.
