    Join @Stephanie Thum CCXP and I for our next virtual meet-up, on Wednesday, April 27 @ 12PM ET, as we dive into the topic of integrating data analytics and customer experience.   • Celebrate CXDay 2021 with us on October 4!

    We’re celebrating on the eve of global CX Day 2021 with a little bit of this and a little bit of that! Join us from 5-6 p.m. Eastern time on October 4, 2021.

    First up in our one-hour session, we will hear from industry thought leader and co-author of the new book Experiencing Design: The Innovator’s Journey, Karen Hold. Then, we’ll take some time for networking. Finally, we’ll hear about some new crowdsourcing and video text analytics technology. Ed Bodensiek, a principal with CXPA sponsor Medallia, will come show us some new tech and tools that keep CX pros sharp.

    Government, private sector, and nonprofit CX leaders and enthusiasts, there’s something here for all. This will be a fast-moving hour of networking and knowledge! CCXP friends, and those studying for the CCXP, this will be a session that supports your continuing ed and exam prep.
