CXPA proudly announces a new in-person event to support senior CX brand leaders. CX Leaders Advance, which will be held May 15-17 in Orlando, Florida, is a special program designed to foster advanced-level conversations between CX brand leaders, consultants, and CXPA sponsors in a 200-person forum designed for learning and co-creation.

What makes this program unique is that the agenda is 100% designed based on the needs and challenges we have heard from CX brand leaders, with topics such as Making The ROI Case For CX To The C-Suite And Board Room; Alternative Thinking On CX Metrics; Making CX Known And A Priority In The C-Suite And Board Room; Change Management Fundamentals For CX Success; Prototyping To Improve CX And Fast-Track Implementation While Mitigating Risk; And Making Impact As A CX Leader. Each session will be intentionally designed to introduce the topic at a post-CCXP level and provide time for collaboration between attendees to identify potential approaches useful to specific organizations.

The agenda, design, and faculty selection are all aligned to help advance your success as a CX leader. You will be learning with CX leaders from significant international brands as well as the CCXP community. Select consultants and thought leaders from CXPA sponsors will participate throughout so that you can see first-hand how they listen, advise, and collaborate to support your success. Similar to a university curriculum, faculty are recruited to lead the sessions rather than delivery of pre-determined presentations or thinly veiled sales presentations. Of course, there will be ample opportunity to network and relax alongside others who understand your day-to-day challenges as a CX leader.

Finally, it should be noted that this is a pilot-test program. As CXPA and the world emerges from the pandemic, we recognized that a traditional global convention that required international travel was not right for 2023 ... and may not be in line with the growing regional needs of the CX community around the world. It is our hope that the learnings from this program will guide CXPA's event strategy for 2024 and beyond.
